THE HOME

THE SPACE
The inviting living room offers a sofa that converts into a Queen-size sleeper if needed.

The bathroom is a gorgeous 5-piece bath with a large tub, stand-up tile shower, double vanity, and a separate room for the toilet. The upstairs loft bedroom has a Queen-size bed. The upstairs also features a full walk-out deck where you can relax, gather, and take in those beautiful Whitefish summer sunsets with friends, family, and beverages.

There is a washer and dryer in the home for your laundry needs. The property comes with a covered parking spot and a lockable storage closet in the carport area for your skis and bikes. Additional parking is available as well.

It'll be hard to leave this luxurious condominium but when you're ready to venture out, you are just walking distance to several neighborhood bars and restaurants and the Alpine Market; Downtown Whitefish shops and theaters; and Whitefish Lake and beach.   • PLEASE NOTE: THE SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED IN WINTER - THE HOT TUB IS OPEN YEAR-ROUND. The clubhouse swimming pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day
  • Glacier Park International Airport is only about 20 minutes from Whitefish, Montana so getting here is easy, see GI airport website for shuttles and rental cars.
  • No parties may be hosted by guests at the Clubhouse. Rules are posted inside.
  •  Please use the Clubhouse respectfully and responsibly.
  • The home has a keyless entry. There is covered parking for one vehicle. There is also more parking at the clubhouse.
  • The City of Whitefish Resort Taxes: There is a resort tax in the City of Whitefish which will be added to the nightly pricing.
  • No smoking, vaping, pets, or parties permitted at this property. Guests shall not have parties or events at the property which includes but are not limited to bachelor & bachelorette parties, golf parties, and sporting events, or weddings.
  • IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING GLACIER NATIONAL PARK. Tickets must be purchased to travel on Going-To-The-Sun Road from May through September. Website for more information and to purchase tickets. *Rates are USD and are subject to change.*
 
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

PLEASE READ, Essential information regarding Glacier National Park and your Booking:
1. 2024 - Glacier National Park made recent changes to their access to the scenic Going to the Sun Road located inside Glacier National Park. This year will be the fourth year with a new vehicle reservation ticketing system that is required to access the Scenic Going to the Sun Road from May 24th- September 8th for 2024. Reservation tickets are required to access every entrance inside the park.

2. East Glacier Entrance via St. Mary's and Two Medicine Lake area will not require a reservation ticket.

3. PRIOR TO FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING: Please see the Glacier National Park webpage for updates regarding 2024 ticketing and access. NO BOOKINGS WILL BE REFUNDED BASED ON THE NON-AVAILABILITY OF GLACIER PARK TICKETING

4. Should you not get a vehicle reservation ticket: You can still access park entrances before gates open for the day (6:00 am) and after they close for the day (3:00 pm) without a ticket. You can also access the East side of the park entrance with no vehicle reservation ticket. You can also hike or bike through any entrance without a ticket.

5. Everyone is required to have a National Parks Pass to enter any entrance of the park. You can purchase these in advance or when you arrive at the park.

Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request a waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals, and receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site. Once approved, guests must comply with applicable laws, and site rules applicable to animals. Please request the form when you make your reservation.

2. If you are traveling during the Winter season; we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle or snow tires as weather conditions can be unpredictable. Road conditions vary it is advisable to check the MT Road Report.
