1.  A Charge Automation-Guest Portal link will be sent to your email to gather your travel information and please read and understand our Property Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions. In addition, the information we collect from our guests is only a part of the reservation's documentation and will not be disclosed to anyone.2. Upon cancellation, non-refundable fees are applied. Please refer to our Property Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions enclosed on the charge automation pre-check-in link upon completing the booking

3. PMI Realty Management NW requires all bookings/reservations to include an $89 Damage Policy paid by the guest at the time of booking (included in the total booking price). This fee cannot be waived. Damage Protection provides travelers with the coverage they need in case of accidental damage during their stay.
4. Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request a waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals and receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site. Once approved, guests must comply with applicable laws and site rules applicable to animals. Please request the form when you make your reservation.

5. If you are traveling during the Winter season; we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle or snow tires as weather conditions can be unpredictable. Road conditions vary, it is advisable to check the MT Road Report.
